The Apricot is one of our two bedroom, two bathroom options. Located in the E building, the Apricot floor plan features 920 square feet of living space plus a 66 square foot outdoor patio or balcony.

There’s nothing quite like mornings spent watching the sunrise together from the patio of one of our two bedroom apartments - Donna and Bandie can certainly attest to that! With ample space indoors and out, there is no wonder why this floor plan is one of our most popular options on campus. Keep reading to learn more about what sets each of our two bedroom floor plan options apart from the rest!

The entryway of this apartment provides a clear path to the kitchen, main living/dining space, laundry area, and bathroom. A centralized hallway connects the living area to the bedrooms and private outdoor space.

The Fig is the only non-apartment option on this list and is available for residents who are interested in our independent living experience. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage features a 1,020 sq. ft. layout and a 78 sq. ft. private patio. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are connected creating an open concept space with endless potential. The entertainment and relaxation possibilities multiply when the patio area attached to this space is taken into account. Similar to the last option, this floor plan also includes a hallway that separates the bedrooms from the main room. Across the hall lies both bathrooms and the laundry area. 

In terms of both residential and independent living options, there are three floor plans located in our F and G buildings currently available. The Strawberry floor plan features a 1,221 sq. ft. layout and a 130 sq. ft. private patio. The Almond Blossom floor plan offers a 1,495 sq. ft. layout with a 130 sq. ft. classic terrace. The Cherry Blossom is the most spacious option out of all of our floor plans and includes a 1,495 sq. ft. layout with a 130 sq. ft. terrace. Each of these three options include two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment includes two separate sections on either side of the main area that house one bedroom and one bathroom each. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio provide a communal area between the two rooms that is ready to be filled with new, happy memories of your time with us at Samaritan Village.
